My name is Jörg Scheffler. I am the founder and owner of JÖRG SCHEFFLER CONSULTING.

Since my studies in business administration with an MBA degree in 1992, my attention and sympathy have been on the dental industry.

After having been able to implement comprehensive personnel decisions and strategies in companies, I am now pleased to be able to pass on my experience as a consultant to other companies.

Therefore, the founding of JÖRG SCHEFFLER CONSULTING with a focus on personnel and business consulting is the logical continuance of almost 30 years of work in dental theory and practice.

I have specialised in these areas of consulting:

  • (Business-) consulting with a focus on strategy, marketing and sales
  • Personnel consulting, in particular personnel recruitment
  • The dental industry and dental companies

“Employees” and “planning” were the key success factors for me. I would like to pass on this experience.

The employees made all the difference in my successes! Building successful teams was the premier class. This included recruitment, personnel management, coaching, personnel development, team building and training.

Personnel topics inspired me as early as during my business administration studies with a focus on HR and MARKETING. Since 1994, I have been able to supervise the recruitment of more than 200 employees in dental companies. So I know from practice how to find good specialists and managers and how to commit these talents to the company.

My professional career includes professional experience in various functions such as field service, key account management, marketing management, product management, sales management, marketing management, country management, regional country management, international sales management and cross-functional business management.

I had the chance to gain experience in 40 product segments in the dental industry. These included medical devices, consumables, pharmaceuticals, devices, services and high-tech digital equipment system solutions. This way I know which competencies in sales and marketing are advantageous. I have become acquainted with both retail sales and direct sales and can assess the various required competencies of employees.

Knowledge of the positions and the product segments facilitates discussions with companies and candidates accordingly.

Since the beginning of my career, I have been involved in strategic corporate, business area, country, product, communication and functional planning. I was able to get to know different methods and models. From this wealth of experience, I can assess the right mix of strategies for your company with a practical orientation.
